Quality Control Laboratory
The Quality Control laboratory, operating according to high-quality standards, controls the production cycle throughout all its phases: from the raw material to the finished product.
Raw materials are initially held in quarantine pending approval from QC for final admission to our main warehouse.
With production samples delivered to QC from every batch, we test the following: Taste, Colour, Sieve, Microbiology, Salt content, and Humidity.
These samples are then tested and re-tested periodically to ensure compliance.
The Application Laboratory is equipped with mini production lines where flavors are applied on our customer’s preferred base (potato chips, pellets, puff… etc.). The applied sample is supplied to customers for immediate testing, comparison, and evaluation. Such service facilitates the decision-making process and offers clients a chance to decide on the suitability of the flavor applied on that particular base of their choice.
