Zest's founders started trading in raw materials within the food industry.
2005
Zest's founders established Zest Flavors to cater to the increased demand for customized products for medium and small companies.
2010
Zest's customized products were being exported to 21 different countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
2017
Zest begins manufacturing operations in Gaziantep Free Zone Turkey.
2018
Zest establishes a distribution center in Erbil, Iraq.
2019
Zest was incorporated under Turkish law as Zest Flavors AS.
2021
Zest open a new research and development (R&D) center in Istanbul.
